Based on Article 13 of the Swiss Federal Constitution and federal data protection provisions (Data Protection Act, DPA), everyone is entitled to the protection of their privacy as well as protection against the misuse of their personal data. The operators of these pages take the protection of your personal data very seriously. In collaboration with hour hosting provider (Ender Informatics GmbH), we endeavour to protect the databases against third-party access, losses, misuse and falsification as well as possible.

Third-party services

These services of US company Google LLC use, among other things, cookies and as a result data are transferred to Google in the USA, although we assume that there is no personal tracking based solely on the use of our website.

Right to erasure (right to be forgotten)

  • the personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
  • the data subject withdraws consent on which the processing is based, and where there is no other legal ground for the processing;

Use of Google reCAPTCHA

This website uses the reCAPTCHA service provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland “Google”). This service is used to distinguish between queries entered by a person and those entered through automated machine processing. As part of this service the IP address and any other data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service are sent to Google. For this purpose, your entry is sent to Google and processed further there. However, your IP address will be truncated by Google within the European Union or other states that are contracting parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there.
